Mark your calendar for the 3rd Annual Palm Harbor Citrus Festival, Thursday, 3/10/11 through Sunday, 3/13/11.

Thursday night was the Preliminary Competition for DANCING WITH THE PALM HARBOR STARS!!! Our stars competed at Harbor Hall in Downtown Palm Harbor at a Carrabba's catered reception from 7-10. Our Dancing with the Stars Competition starred Palm Harbor celebrities and community members partnered with Arthur Murray Professional Dancers, along with our very own Len, Carrie Ann, and Bruno offering critiques and scores.

Our three finalists were selected last night and will compete for the Championship at the Citrus Festival Main Stage on Saturday at 2:30 for more dancing fun! Our three finalists, (in no particular order) are: Robin and Jairo dancing the Salsa, Rodney and Erica dancing the Disco Hustle, and Jaye and David dancing the Cha cha. Who will get the trophy? Your votes will determine that! Click on the link above to vote over the internet. Votes will also be collected at the Citrus Festival on Saturday.

After Dancing with the Palm Harbor Stars, stick around for live entertainment with Paul Dowers. Paul will play after the show until 6:00pm for your dancing pleasure. From 6:30 - 9:30 The Defendants will be on the stage with more music!
